Bridging Gaps Consulting led and directed commercial activities in the North West & Central region delivering, maintaining and upgrading critical infrastructure works.

What we did
- Developing, negotiating, reviewing, and managing target cost estimates for structures, plain line and drainage programmes of work ensuring the project proposal is within budget whilst meeting project requirements.
- Preparing a consolidated Work Bank Instruction and periodic plans covering all activities.
- Identifying and managing change and risk draw down in accordance with corporate governance requirements.
- Production of monthly valuation and payment certificates.
- Provision of reliable, accurate and timely cost reports including explaining variances relative to previous baselines.
- Supporting project controls with regular management business review processes.
- Operating a robust cost forecasting process to ensure appropriate financial provision across the portfolio.
