Reliability and Convenience.

Project Requirements
& Objectives

We assured and supported procurement and contract management activities for portfolio of signalling, power and communication projects from early market engagement through to complete procurement cycle, contract award and into the post-contract phases.

Accountability and Transparency.

What we did

  • Prepared comprehensive and complete contract documents to ensure relationships with suppliers were clear and defined.
  • Ensured that tender applicants submitted an achievable cost and resource programme.
  • Evaluated tenders and supported moderation to achieve Contract Award.
  • Catalogued technical challenges that led to commercial friction and set up a structure to effectively allocate and manage risks on projects of similar classification.
  • Reviewed and approved contractor progress payments by interrogating contractor payment requests and agreeing final accounts.
  • Detailed analysis of actual expenditure, commitments, accruals, variances, and value of work done to enable accurate periodic financial reporting and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators on projects.
  • Managed and administered project change with rigorous change control processes to enable proposed scope changes and contract variations.
